Equipped with 2 IPF approved Eleiko competition racks, 4 Met-XT CPU approved competition racks, over 4000 kilo calibrated plates, 9 competition barbells, over 10 specialty barbells, deadlift platform, many bands, chains and some machines. We offer memberships, day passes, coaching, 1-on-1 personal training, online training and classes! We lift each other and our goal is to build a community in healthy training and strength. People of any fitness level are welcomed to the gym please contact us to book your visit as we do operate privately and first come first served style.
