Equipped with 2 IPF approved Eleiko competition racks, 4 Met-XT CPU approved competition racks, over 4000 kilo calibrated plates, 9 competition barbells, over 10 specialty barbells, deadlift platform, many bands, chains and some machines. We offer memberships, day passes, coaching, 1-on-1 personal training, online training and classes! We lift each other and our goal is to build a community in healthy training and strength.
